We recently rented snowmobiles from this company and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. One of the machines had a battery issue from the start. We had to pull start it every time we stopped throughout the rental period, which significantly impacted our ride. While we understand that mechanical issues can happen, we were still charged for fuel upon return despite the condition of the sled and the inconvenience caused. We did fill up the replaced sled that was provided. Additionally, due to trail conditions and closures, we were unable to fully utilize the final day of our rental. We asked whether a partial refund or accommodation could be considered, but the request was denied without flexibility. We travel more than surrounding areas as a trip. There were multiple trails around Sugar camp and Eagle river closed which was our planned destination. The county was not the only area we traveled which we did utilize the first two days of rental. The company does require acknowledgment that the sleds are returned without damage, which we respected and complied with. However, customer service regarding the mechanical issue and billing concerns fell short of expectations. I hope this helps other consumers consider another company. I would also like to clarify that management only communicates through email or text and not onsite. Staff members onsite do their best! We only found additional charges once an invoice was requested by someone in our trip

I recently had my snowmobile serviced and repaired at Schoeders. I had a great experience from start to finish. The turnaround time was quick and efficient — they had me back up and running in time to enjoy the weekend snowmobile trails, which I really appreciated. Becki was fantastic to work with. Her communication throughout the process was friendly, professional, and consistent. She kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Kevin, the service technician, was equally impressive. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered my questions, and clearly communicated what work was completed on the snowmobile. It’s always reassuring to work with a tech who is knowledgeable and willing to walk you through everything. Overall, a great service experience with a team that truly cares about their customers. I’d highly recommend Shoeder’s RV and Marine and will definitely be back for future service needs.

Shoeder’s RV & Marine was great to work with on my 38+ warranty issues on my brand new Ranger boat. The Sales team was pleasant to deal with and service has an easy drop off and pick up process. When service work is complete they actually call you to tell you versus tracking them down as I had experienced elsewhere. I will go straight to Shoeder’s for my next boat, camper, or snowmobile purchase.

Purchased a dock and two boat lifts. The design and purchasing process was great from the start and never felt the need to shop elsewhere. We were proactively kept informed during the entire ordering and installation. The crews even returned without prompting to re-level everything once it was in place a week as they took pride at ensuring the best possible job.

Had a great buying experience at Shoeder's. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Especially Tom who helped us get our boat back to Tennessee, Jake who handled all the title paperwork, and Josh who explained how to run the snowmobile we rented and even took us across the street to the trail.
