Traveling through from New York and in the first two days of our trip West our camper RV refrigerator died .Needless to say this is very upsetting. Trying to figure out how to fix it. Called around to multiple places and not one place. Could even take a look at it without booking out at least a week. When I called Dave in the service department he was happy to let us stop right in so he and his service department could look at it to see if they could help. When we got there? Dave, I believe the head of service and Robert the service tech came out to greet us and went right to work looking at our refrigerator. They spent about an hour checking things out and unfortunately could not get the refrigerator running. Unfortunately the refrigerator probably needs to be replaced and they were willing to do it today if they had one but they did not. I feel not only were they friendly, but very informative and went out of their way to try to help us. If I lived in this area I would totally use their dealership. They are honest and didn't even charge us for the service after spending an hour on our vehicle. Thanks again Dave and Robert you guys are the best!

We purchased our new fifth wheel in early February from Schaap's, and we live in Nevada, so this was our first experience purchasing an RV out of state, and For buying a fifth wheel out of state, this really was an enjoyable experience. We just got the trailer home this past weekend, and we are very excited. The entire process from start to finish went extremely smooth, and the entire team over and Schaap's was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. When my plans for having the trailer shipped back to Nevada fell through and I decided to go pick it up myself, both Hugh and Ben were both very accommodating, which made the process that much easier. I recently had my Ember camper at Schaap's for warranty work. They are great people to work with and very attentive. They found items to fix/replace that were not on my list when the camper was dropped off. The work completed was not just done but done well and with care. This is in contrast to my experience of numerous unreturned calls at another dealership.

My husband and I drove 1200 miles from Alabama to purchase our new 5th wheel. Nick was our salesman and went above and beyond to put me at ease throughout our purchasing process!! He scheduled a FaceTime call with us to do a walkthrough of the fig, inside and out and stayed past closing time to do this with us!!!
