Ever since Blue Compass took over for Rv One our experience dealing with this business has been exceptional. Sandi who we dealt with is a credit to your team. After dozens of phone calls to the previous owners over issues with the trailer, She helped us register our trailer in the state of Maine and find the title for the bank which the previous ownership failed to do . The previous owners promised to install accordion doors to both sides of the bedroom in the trailer and failed to do so before shipment . While speaking to Sandi I mentioned that and she ordered and shipped the accordion doors, which I had agreed to install. That is what I call over and above the call of duty. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a trailer to visit the dealership!
The service was absolutely amazing the whole team there was very nice and they went out of their way to help you. Audra was our sales rep and she was amazing. She got us into the camper we wanted. We will definitely be referring all our friends.
They are friendly, knowledgeable and if the sales person did not have the answer to my question, they suggested who could give me the answer. They are not pushy salespeople but seem to be genuinely interested in helping me get what I was looking for in their RVs. They ask questions that are helpful and discuss the differences both positive and negative according to what I was looking for. Both my husband and I are very pleased and excited to do business with them!
