These people are extremely unethical in the way they do business. 5 months ago they sold me an RV that they did not have a title to. Of course they said that it had a clean title they just failed to mention that they did not actually have the title. Unfortunately I did not bring someone with me to do an inspection but they had stated that everything worked. Except for the carbon monoxide detector wouldn't stop beeping which they promised to replace along with the smoke detector. When the RV was finally delivered to me the carbon monoxide detector and the smoke was not replaced as they had promised and was continuing to beep. Come to find out both of the air conditioners needed to be replaced neither worked. Was told it had never had water damage but it did. Was patched to sell. The furnace did not work part of the floor needed to be replaced and the jacks were also broken. Electrical outlets in the bathroom and kitchen didn't work. When I confronted them they said that everything worked when they sold it to me. 5 months later I am still waiting on my registration. The RV needs over $10,000 worth of work and it's hard to imagine putting that into it with no title. When I respectfully asked for a refund over email I was given a call by the manager Justin and cussed out he degraded me tried to manipulate me and blame me for trying to take advantage of him as he stated. He said he would never give me a refund and that he would see me in court. I spoke to him with respect but asked him to give his responses in an email he yelled over me the entire conversation before hanging up on me. I found them to be very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Would not recommend buying an RV here. They blamed camping world for the title issue and said that camping world forgot to pay off the title. I spoke with camping world the next day and found out this is completely untrue camping world had paid off the title. Camping world over prices for their RVs but they do have to pass inspection anything that doesn't pass inspection is sold in bulk to dealerships with less requirements

I was given a decent price, the camper has been beautifully remodeled, and everything works. Ellie was wonderful. She was friendly and got me thru the process seamlessly..a couple issues hooking up..too low for the truck..she found a solution within minutes. Great experience...update..had an issue..Justin was willing to have the issue fixed...turned out the fridge was not installed exactly right..easy fix...but the fact that they were willing to take care of whatever the issue could have been, is a big A+ in my book! I really do love my new camper!
When our family decided it was time to buy our first brand new travel trailer we found exactly what we were looking for at RV Land, and at an AMAZINGLY low price. We easily scheduled an appointment with Dylan to come see it. Dylan was very responsive at all times of the day and answered any questions we had. When he met us at their family-owned lot we immediately felt relaxed, didn't feel like just another number, and felt none of the pressure of one of the bigger lots. Once there we saw other options we would consider, but ended up going with our original choice. The financing they help coordinate could not have been more easy. When we went to pick it up, Michael (the owner) was perfectly friendly, trustworthy, and accommodating. He helped explain everything we needed to know about our new purchase, the process, and worked with us to make the sale as smooth as possible. It felt like two neighbors working out an agreement to borrow a tool rather that a major life purchase--easy and relaxed. From the day we found our trailer through their site online til we were driving away in it was just a couple days. As we pulled out I turned to my wife and told her I can't believe how easy that was to buy a trailer. True story! Thank you Michael and Dylan and best of luck to you going forward. It's not every day we'll encounter someone looking for a trailer or RV, but when we do, we'll definitely steer them your way.
