Went to look at a few campers and they looked nice inside, but once I really looked at the structural components I could see that this place was definitely trying to pull a fast one. Dishonesty will get you NOWHERE

When we bought our camper from D&D, we thought we were dealing with a business that would take care of their customers but it was just the opposite. While we bought the extended warranty, we had to replace the refrigerator with in a month or so. I talk to Dean and He said that it was working fine when we left the lot, which it was during our walk thru. I called him and he didn’t seem to care. The warranty replaced it. We kept the camper for 4 months and traded it in. I informed Dean and told him we wanted to cancel the warranty. He did not know how to do that and kept telling me that he would find out. Also he said he would send a check for the pro- rated amount. Which he did not. He also told me that he sent a check and it was returned to him because he sent it to an address not on file with him. Then he said that he was out of town because his grandmother was sick. I finally contacted the warranty company and they told me that the dealer had to refund me. I contacted Dean again and he said he would talk to his warranty representative and call me back. I had to initiate return calls to him because he would not follow up as he promised. Finally he email a copy of the form I needed to fill out to give to the warranty company. I filled it out and waited approximately 1 1/2 months and did not hear anything, so I called the warranty company and they told me that they would notify him by the end of the week. I called him to let him know what the warranty company said. He said he would check into it and refund me the pro-rated amount. He finally did a couple weeks later. I found that most of the times he would not return phone calls.

As first time RV owners Dean had made the process extremely easy & even with a few hiccups with technical difficulties he went above and beyond to give us assistance. He answered all of our questions , and ensured we got the cheapest deal we could get.
