By far the best customer service, I've ever received at a RV center from the front of the office to the back! Originally went to the Longview center and received great service. Didn't think it could be beat, but I guess it is a company practice these guys are great. They repaired several warranty issues on my camper.Flawlessly looks as good as factory or better.Definitely.They put the time and effort into it. The guys out in the repair shop were amazing. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. If you have any camper issues, I would highly recommend taking it to this shop. You will be pleased with the outcome. On another note if I am looking for a new camper I will come see these guys first because up there Above and beyond customer service
⭐☆☆☆☆ — If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with RV Country was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Once they had my money, all customer service and professionalism went out the window. Communication was practically nonexistent. I had to constantly call, email, and follow up just to get basic information. It felt like I was begging for updates on something I already paid a lot of money for. It was exhausting and completely unacceptable. When the RV finally showed up, it was filthy. I’m not talking about a few smudges or dust, I mean bugs rotting in the fridge, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, dog hair embedded in the furniture, and an all-around disgusting smell. This thing hadn’t been detailed at all. It was a complete slap in the face after being assured it would be clean and ready. I was told it had been “inspected and prepped” that was a complete lie. What’s worse? When I brought it to their attention, they did absolutely nothing to make it right. No apology. No compensation. No urgency. Just silence and excuses. The lack of accountability was mind-blowing. It became painfully clear that once the sale was done, I was no longer their problem. This place is all about the sale, not the customer. There’s no pride in their work, no care in their delivery, and no respect for the people spending tens of thousands of dollars. I truly regret doing business with RV Country, and I strongly urge anyone considering them to go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
We found a diamond in the rough at RV Country in Tualatin OR. The RV was the right price and in wonderful condition, but that’s not why I’m writing this review. Jim was our salesman and he was incredibly responsive and helpful. He introduced us to the staff and guided us throughout the entire process with no pressure. This was my first RV purchase and he made sure I had the pros and cons. He and his team helped us get the right financing to make things easy. I picked up our new RV yesterday and the service department spent almost 2 hours walking through everything we needed to know about the RV and did a comprehensive inspection. Jamie and Ian were incredibly kind and helped address everything that needed work. Ian included some complimentary humor as well, lol. The entire experience left us feeling excited and happy about our new RV. When we left we even got a cookie for the long drive home. I highly recommend taking the time to stop in if you are looking to buy an RV or trailer and ask for Jim, he’s fantastic!
I have been amazed at the service here! We will be customers for life! Dustin helped us choose the right RV and sold it at a great price. Then the service department, (including Tracy & Tristan) backed it all up with great service afterwards. They had to do some repairs on the RV we purchased and the communication and support we received was EXCEPTIONAL! They went above & beyond by working with the warranty manager from Forest River and getting all of our requests approved quickly.
We have purchased seven RVs from six different places over the years and we will be lifetime customers of RV Country in Tualatin from now on! They went above and beyond to treat us well, they were very fair with their pricing, and everyone from Jim in sales and Matt, Jamie and Ian in service and Kevin and Bill in finance was absolutely amazing! Great team and a pleasure to work with. Jim was definitely the star of the show for us and the reason that we came back to RV Country after looking at several RVs at different dealerships. Wonderful sales guy! UPDATE: It is now 5 months later. After we initially purchased the RV mentioned above, I've got to say, RVCountry is amazing There were a few things in need of repair along the way, as expected with any new RV, and RV Country fought hard to get our issues fully covered by warranty, even when the manufacturer initially denied them.
