I was drug here by my father to buy a new RV. He recently lost his wife (my mother). He’s looking for a fresh start in his travel adventures. RV Country was a great company to work with. All the employees were excellent. They all did everything to make him happy and work with all his needs. I totally recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a RV, regardless of what your needs are, living in it, camping, or travel.

It’s refreshing in thes days of tell the customer what they want and push them into it - Not he… she listened to what My needs and Wants were, and worked diligently, and with a great attitude to help me find it. I would give zero, but there is no such option. These guys are terrible and they don’t care. They charged for “detailing” of my trailer. No detailing done to my used RV they touted as like new. They scheduled delivery, and then tried to change it last minute. Their greed caused them to be short of help, as they tried to deliver several units the same day. Black water tank full of literally someone else’s crap. Gray water tank ditto. Carpet and floors filthy. Shower not sealed, paint peeling. No remotes for TV and fireplace. Manager was to call me about them not detailing and the remotes. No call, they couldn’t care less. Don’t believe their financing rates. They got the money and now they couldn’t care less. Go anywhere but here. Never again will I deal with this company. I used to work for the court system and I am thinking about filing a higher court case and take them to task on their fees and lack of service.
Brought an rv up for repair that had a hot water tank issue. Was returned with a generator that was missing a fuel pump not put back together. This was fixed promptly. Then shame on me, but it was wet when i picked up the rv and did not crawl under it. A little while later, i noticed that the underbelly was only half put up. Contacted them, and they said i only brought it up there with half the underbelly secured which is a lie. I asked for the parts to fix myself, they offered to give me the screws and told me where i could buy the parts.
