No wonder Kelso is closing. I purchased a fifth wheel at rv country Kelso. I went to service for some help on hooking my fifth wheel up to my truck and Melissa in service was probably the rudest person I have ever had the experience to encounter in a service industry. She could not help me and had nobody to show me. What would have been a 3 minute helping hand turned into a horrible experience . I told her Les would have helped me, rest his soul. He was a great guy. With people like Melissa in a service industry, I pity anybody that hires her. Hopefully she moves on and climb back into the hole she came out of!!!!!
They had exactly what I needed a 12 volt cooler . It worked very good . I was off grid for seven days. And my solar generator was able to keep up with it with no shortage of power. They also provided a veterans discount. Thanks Joe
I couldn’t say better things about Josh the finance manager. Our sales person was out sick when we arrived from out of state and he handled our delivery as well as administered some of the best after sale support I have ever received. We couldn’t be happier and we love our new camper!
Worst experience ever found a fifth wheel we wanted told the sales guy I had a lifted truck he said not a problem. Got a call to sign papers on Saturday so drove down to woodland when we got there we were told our paperwork had not even been started yet. So we went to the trailer backed the truck under and sales guy again said yep not a problem. So we go in Monday of this week to pay to have goose neck ball installed on my truck and at that time was told it would be 300 more dollars. So then I drop my truck and the trailer that we where trading in off on Tuesday to have things installed Wednesday. Got a cal Wednesday that the truck is to tall and won’t work. Mind you this is after asking several times cause it was my concern. So now we are out the money for the insurance that we had to pay on the new trailer as they require us to have it before taking the new trailer and out the time from work to have to deal with this and worst of all no new trailer. I would stay away from them if at all possible.
On a cross-country trip, we had issues with our RV's tow bar. We called several locations to look for replacement parts.
