Just picked up my new trailer from RV Country and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. They took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through every feature, and made sure I was set up correctly before leaving the lot. The trailer itself is exactly what I was looking for — solid build, great design, and ready for adventure. Huge thanks to the team for making this such an easy and enjoyable purchase. Highly recommend RV Country to anyone looking for quality service and an RV or trailer they can trust.
TL;DR: If you need parts, go somewhere else. High prices and 40% restocking fee if you need to return. I wish Camping World was still here instead of this place. This place charges a 40% restocking fee if you return something. Prices on parts are outrageous. Needed a toilet valve awhile back, they wanted more than $90 for the toilet valve. On Amazon, from Dometic, it was $45. I asked if they price match, the lady behind the counter said no, I told her about the price discrepancy, and she said "Good luck getting it shipped to you,"... I live across the freeway, so I left, ordered it on Amazon, and got it next day. Another example, they sell a RV pump silencing kit from Shureflo for $51. Camping world sells the same one for $32. Or get it on Amazon. If you need parts and don't want to spend a fortune on parts like you will at this place. Buy it on Amazon, have it shipped to a locker, there is one at whole foods on Rt 66, and one at the Circle K on Milton. You need something that doesn't fit in a locker? Keep driving. Their parts selection is slim despite them being in a huge building. If you need propane tanks, Cal Ranch in Flagstaff has better prices. When we bought our 3rd travel trailer, we did look at stock here, but from the experience in the parts area, we decided against it and bought a new trailer from Blue Compass in Avondale.
I reached out to RV Country Flagstaff about a unit listed online with no price, which is a known tactic. The listing said to contact them for pricing, so I did. Their agent, Nicholes, replied asking, “Is there any questions I can answer?” Yes. The price of the unit, which I already requested. Still no reply. Why play games? When a customer asks for a price, give the price. I also asked for a trade-in value, and it’s clear they care more about high profit on my trade than earning my business. This kind of runaround shows poor communication and weak customer service. If you expect honesty and respect for your time, look somewhere else. Too bad, I was seriously thinking of buying this unit.
The service and parts dept at RV Country are absolutely amazing. They made every step from start to finish a very pleasure experience. Their expertise and extensive knowledge made all this possible and it was obvious. They turned what could have been a stressful experience into one that resulted in trust and dependable quality that made time and worry free. Thank you to all who helped.
RV Country in Flagstaff, AZ, was fantastic! I needed to install a vent in my van's roof to help cool it down, and they were incredibly helpful. They assisted me in choosing the right vent and did an excellent job with the installation at a great price. Highly recommend their services for any RV needs. Thanks, RV Country!

Set your budget first
RV prices range from under $10,000 for used travel trailers to $300,000+ for Class A diesel pushers. Know your number before you browse. Use SearchShop's payment estimator on any RV Country - Flagstaff listing to model monthly costs.
Pick the right RV type

Inspect these on every unit
Check the roof for cracks or soft spots (signs of water damage). Open every slideout and look for seal wear. Run all appliances. Test the generator, AC, and water heater. Check the underbelly for rust or damage.
Know the weight ratings
Every RV has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). Overloading causes tire blowouts and frame damage. Compare the GVWR against your intended load before committing.
Review service records
Ask RV Country - Flagstaff for any available service history. Regular maintenance records — oil changes, roof resealing, slide service — signal a well-cared-for unit.
