I love this place, I bought an RV here got a great deal. No pressure sales, they just allow you to look at everything on the lot new and used. Pick your favorite and negotiate the price inside. The Sales and service staff are top notch. After I picked a RV it only took 15 minutes to do the paperwork. I also had Solar installed on my 31 foot camper and I got a weight distribution hitch installed. I have bought lots of accessories in the supply store. We also own a food trailer and I get my service and parts here for that as well. I have filmed a lot of RV's here for my YouTube Channel: thevirginiastew. Spoke with Josh in Service. Super nice guy. Service manager refused to work on my camper because I didn't purchase from them (I moved here from out of state). No alternative offered, just call back in two months and maybe we can help you then. So much for the 1 year factory warranty on my 10 month old camper. Little bit of a bummer. I'll update the review if and when my camper is fixed.
Sorely disappointed in Roy's. Twice I have needed a battery replaced that has easy access just behind a side access door. Switching out the batteries would take 10 minutes but Roy's has said they can't do it for 3 weeks. Advanced Auto here I come and they won't charge me $110 to install. This was your last chance Roy's.
The team was very helpful. We stopped in many times with no pressure. Once they got the unit we wanted, we called and started the paperwork. Delivery and service over the phone and in-perwon was great. We traveled from Virginia Beach, VA. Best place to acquire an RV/camping trailer.
