Went to Rowley of Flagstaff several times trying to find a trailer that would fit me best. Each time, we dealt with Randy and enjoyed speaking and working with him. He displayed a great deal of knowledge and was straight forward with us which we really appreciated. We really wanted to buy from him, unfortunately, the brand and model trailer we ended up wanting and getting, they did not sell. Another reason we were wanting to buy from them, from our research, for the models they had, they had them listed at great prices, lower than most places we saw.
Could not have asked for a better buying experience. Both Natalie and Steven were great to work with. Made the buying process an absolute breeze. Steven was wonderful and made sure everything was just right with our trailer and hitch before we drove off the lot with our new toy hauler. Excellent work and highly recommend!
While on a trip I discovered the trailer brake switch cable on my small Airstream had worn through rendering the system inoperative. I arrived at the shop early before opening on a Friday to see if they could repair it. Had to buy the switch and cable together which was fine. Steve got right on it and had Greg install it. Before I left, I bought a electric hitch jack which they installed also, to correct another issue. All work was done on short notice in minimal time to get me back on the road. Steve and Greg, thanks again, five stars easily.
