We just picked up our new to us trailer this past weekend and could not be any happier with the entire experience. This is our 2nd purchase with RW. Our first experience 4 years ago was amazing just like our most recent. Cameron our salesman was prompt, helped us with any questions and really went the extra mile. I never had to follow up or worry. On pick-up day, Jared did our trailer walk-thru and answered any questions we had, was extremely informative and also went the extra mile. The sales process was extremely easy; no stress like typical buying experiences. Brian in finance was so easy to work with and accommodating as well as the rest of the team we encountered. We were not able to purchase an rv here although we would have if they could have got the model that we wanted. That said we want to extend our appreciation to Matt who took so much time with us trying to get us into the right trailer without ever pressuring us. Rowley White RV is hands down the only choice when it comes to buying a new Toy Hauler. They are a small mom and pop local business that sell a few niche brands. The relationship they have with the representatives of the brands they sell is great. We have purchased two fifth wheel Toy Haulers from them in the last ten years. Both from the same salesman, Clay! Clay is a true professional, very knowledgeable, and his easy going attitude makes him a joy to work with. After we bought our first toy hauler, I had always kept up with the evolving market to see if any floor plan would benefit us and be worth upgrading to. Clay was always patient when I would stop by to see what's new. Not once did he ever try to sell me. Besides sales, the team in service does everything possible to go above and beyond to get your rig fixed or covered under warranty to get you on your way. That was one of the main reasons I chose Rowley White. When Brad used to manage the store, I had asked him and Clay, "Of the three manufactures you sell (Genesis, Forest River, and at the time Attitude) which do you have the best relationship with?" Clay and Brad said hands down Genesis. A good relationship between a dealers service department and manufacturer is huge and can be the difference between good money and bad. Granted, on social media you may see some people who have claim issues, which I suppose is possible and happens with any small business, but the rapport I have with the Team at Rowley White Mesa leaves me confident that when issues come up, that they will ensure I'm taken care of. Shout out to everyone whom over the years I have come to know. He gave me the best price upfront, and my camper was ready for Pick up when he said it would be. They even installed a weight distribution hitch. I bought off Amazon at no cost.
