Rodger at Roth RV has been a joy to work with on the purchase of our new Lance 2185. Nothing was too much trouble as he did the walk through with us. He went over everything so carefully with us that we felt very comfortable heading out on our maiden voyage in the new trailer. A big shout out also to the techs Scot and Randy for speedy attention to small issues that needed addressed. All in all a heartening experience. We’re thrilled with the camper and with the service we experienced at Roth RV in Grand Rapids.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of buying a destination trailer from Grand Rapids Roth RV, and I do mean pleasure! There was no pressure sales, yet thorough from beginning to end. Mike and his team were excellent with the delivery process! It was a tight spot, but no problem for them. They met all our needs in a difficult set up, worked hard in cleanup, and made sure things were working….all with a smile! Thank you Mike, Scott, and boys!!! Also, loved the cookies and mugs….thank you!!

While on the road we broke a cupboard door on our rv. We found Roth RV, called ahead and they were able to squeeze us into their schedule on short notice as we were driving across Minnesota. Fantastic customer service would absolutely recommend to friend or family.

Update: Down to 2 stars 7/26/24 DISHONESTY AND MISCOMMUNICATION! After dropping off my camper 2 weeks ago, I drove back there yesterday for my final pickup (I had been waiting on some parts to arrive and get installed). The communication issues were still a problem. When I dropped it off 2 weeks ago, I told them I needed it back by July 26 at 8am at the latest. I was assured that wouldn't be a problem. After a week went by, I hadn't heard from them so I called Rodger. No answer. I called Austin. He took the day off. I called the next day and left a message with Rodger. No call back. I called Austin. No answer. I texted Austin, then he got back to on Wednesday. Checked with Rodger. "It will be ready to rock" early Friday morning. I drive up early Friday morning. I'm there at 8am (opening). IT'S NOT READY! "We need 2 hours" I was told. 3 hours goes by. IT'S NOT READY! Another 30 minutes later, "10 minutes" I was told with a smile. I'm keeping my head on but pacing like a caged lion... 30 more minutes pass and it's ready! I hooked up and got out of there. My wife had to rearrange her whole day to figure things out at home. I didn't get home until after 2pm! After inspection, more issues... The replacement door wasn't the same (frosted/untitled glass) and didn't match the rest of the windows and doesn'thave the tension in the hinges to stop it from swinging freely, more cracked backsplash tiles, missing the upholstery button still, I now have 4 different keys to use when locking/unlocking storage/doors... I'm not a very picky person, but the dishonesty/dodging me is so disrespectful! TIME IS THE MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE IN THE UNIVERSE! They have wasted so much of my time over this process (and gas)! They haven't offered any compensation for this horrible experience, and their problems persist. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because of the techs doing the work, and I know that Forest River is partly to blame. Update: Added 2 stars 7/19/24 After getting in touch with Austin, the ball got rolling on the repairs needed. Him and Rodger (Service) seem to be coordinating better and taking care of business. There are still some communication issues, which has resulted in me bringing my camper/picking it up a few times now, but part of the blame goes to Forest River. Overall, they are working at smoothing out the mess left by previous management. First review: 1 star HORRIBLE COMPANY! I bought a brand new Forest River Cruise-Lite Platinum about a year ago now from them. It had flaws right out of the lot. The ball hitch they sold me was under-rated for the weight of my trailer. I had to buy another one (I live 1.5 hours away from them). They said they would refund me and never did after months of calling/emailing. Missing trim around an exterior door. They said they ordered a new door and would replace it. That was a lie. I bugged them for months, and eventuall, they stopped responding to my calls and emails. Mike Roth started ignoring me pretty early on. I got ahold of a newer employee Rodger recently, and he said he couldn't find any record of a door being ordered. He eventually stopped responding to me. The refrigerator door kept swinging open in transi, so I had to order a 3D printed custom part to fix the misalignment issue on the catch. The main bed broke on a camp trip. Light covers that won't stay on. The slideout is misaligned and leaks. Numerous screw holes and crooked screws. Door latches/locks that are falling apart. All this after 6 weekends. I know when demand spiked over covid, quality control on these fell apart. We bought a $6k warranty on our trailer in case. Roth is the reatiler and should man-up and deal with thefalloutt. They remain completely unresponsive to me at this point. I wish I could give 0 stars. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with. They took my $40K gladly though... STAY AWAY!

We purchased our camper from Grand Rapids, MN Roth RV. Our experience was amazing, from customer service to purchasing all went smooth. When we went to pick up the camper it was ready to go and the walk through was great and showed us features we had originally missed. We had an issue with our own vehicle and the service department even helped fix that. So happy with our purchase from Roth RV, thank you!
