We purchased a new boat from Craig and Aaron at Roth. They gave us a very fair amount on our trade and they bent over backwards to make the process as easy as possible. We bought the boat on the Thursday before July 4th (yes, that was a crazy time to buy a boat!) I was pleasantly surprised about the process and ease with which it was conducted!! They took our boat back after we had it for the weekend and r cleaned it and applied the ceramic coating they offer. I feel confident in saying that this company runs their business with high morals and values! Try them out! They will not disappoint.
I stopped in and talked to Aaron Kemper about a used Ice Castle they had on their lot on Saturday 2/4/23. I didn't have a lot of time and we exchanged info. I got a call on 2/7 asking if I wanted to make a deal on it. I wasn't sure exactly what to do at the time as I was still looking at some other new and used ones. We made a deal on Thursday morning and agreed that I would pick it up Saturday morning. Long story short.... when I arrived to pick it up.... Aaron was busy with another customer so I had time to look it over and make sure everything worked. My wife noticed that the door to the bathroom/closet had some some holes and damage on the inside towards the bottom that I didn't notice when we looked at it the first time.... I also noticed some minor problems with some of the calking on the sides. We didn't mention this to Aaron when we agreed to buy it over the phone. Both of these items were fixed and the unit was detailed very nicely when we picked it up. The point is they repaired a few things that we didn't even ask them to. The bathroom door had a nice piece of black diamond plate on the bottom going up about 2 feet... It looks great! When a dealer goes the extra mile like on their own... You feel confident about the product. Great job, Great service Aaron and Roth RV. I used the Ice Castle on a small lake for 3 days and everything worked great. Thanks
