My wife and I recently bought a new to us Grand Design Momentum 394 M-Class Toy Hauler from Roth RV in Bemidji, MN. Most of this purchase was completed virtually as we live about 5 1/2 hrs from the dealership. I met our salesperson, Cody, initially online and his professionalism & customer service immediately impressive. I told him within the first conversation I would be calling, texting and inquiring A LOT due to the distance. To my promise I called and texted many times. I asked for a multitude of pictures, videos, and explanations of different things that randomly came to my mind and my wife’s mind. I would text him as soon as we thought of something regardless of the day or time just so we wouldn’t forget. He would instinctively text me back within minutes until I told him I will text whenever I thought of something but to lot respond until he was back at work. I think he did this sometimes, other times not. Needless to say the day finally came to where we would make the drive to see the RV in person. When we arrived my initial impression was lot that far off from what we had seen in the pictures vs. what we were now standing in. Cody had been spot on with everything and if he didn’t know, he went and found out the answer. He was never a high pressure salesperson. He was just the opposite kind, respectful and a pleasure to work with. In the end, we placed an offer and closed the deal. I bought the extended warranty and about a month later we returned to pick up our new RV. We camped for 4 nights on our way back to our hometown and grew even more in love with the new RV. I then noticed the valves for the black and grey tanks were very hard to manipulate. We took the coach to our local dealership to get it winterized and have the warranty work done on the valves. Surprise the warranty work was not covered as it was deemed a condition we knew about. Roth RV stepped in and totally took care of us and provided documentation showing all things were in working condition prior to the sale. Hence Roth RV took care of us and got us taken care of. Ultimately, the valves were repaired, coach was winterized and sadly she has been put into hibernation till next season. Roth RV were amazing to work with from Cody in sales, Nick in finance, and my apologies but the gentleman in service writing along with the techs who took care of the little things needing to be completed before the coach went down the road. We love the RV and we envision it to making many memories in it for years to come. I highly recommend Roth RV if you are in the market for your new RV. I brought my 2025 Starcraft camper that I purchased new at Roth for warranty work at Bemidji. The issue was resolved, and my outlets are now functional. However, there were some issues that rankled me as a new Roth customer. -I was told to bring the camper in and that they could probably get to it in 2-3 days. It took 10 days before anyone even looked at it. Said they were busy...so am I -After 14 days I finally called in the afternoon and was told my unit was ready to pick up. Someone was supposed to call me, but they didn't get to it. -Someone piled boards (not mine) for the jack stand support between my LP tanks and camper and scuffed the finish. -Roth could do a better job maintaining where they put customer units. The "east dirt" storage area is just that, weedy also. -I asked if there was a customer input/satisfaction form or website I could access and was told I could contact corporate in Deerwood. No thanks. - The technician forgot to reconnect my unit back to the battery. I was able to figure that out myself. Overall, an inauspicious start in my relationship with Roth RV. Disappointing.
