Very disappointed in Roberson. Earlier this month my husband took our 5 year-old travel trailer in for winterization. While the trailer was there, they (Roberson) checked the roof and reported back that there was damage in the back corner, that there was a 'soft' spot and it needed to be repaired. My husband asked for a quote for said repair, and a few days later he received a quote of $14,000 (the quote was to replace the entire roof, which was NOT necessary)! Needless to say, we got the name of an RV shop for a second opinion. The roof had just a small patch that needed to be sealed. While we had it in the shop, we had them address a couple of other maintenance items. TOTAL amount for everything was $590.00. The disgusting part about this is that there are a LOT of people who completely trust places like Roberson. And they spend those huge amounts no questions asked. Just do your homework and beware.
We brought our travel trailer in to Roberson's RV to have it winterized. They were very friendly and helpful. Explained what they would be doing and asked if we would like anything else checked. Very happy with the service. All of our experiences with Roberson have been great. We've recommended them to several friends.
Roberson took care of our concerns with our Precept MH. Chris, in the service department did his best to get the warranty work completed on a timely basis. All the people in the service department area were great to work with.
The way things were taken care of at Roberson RV were stellar! Randy was my sales guy & he was very professional yet also very personal. He was great to work with , not pushy at all, instead a very good listener to the needs we had ! Excellent on filling the need precisely! Mike did an awesome job at walking me through the new trailer and showing me all that I needed to know! He is a great guy and very patient. Frank was who we worked with in finance and he really knows his stuff, again not pushy but so helpful and informative in regard to completing the purchase. So a big thank you to you guys!
