River City RV has been providing the highest quality recreational vehicles to Southern Oregon since 1986. We have been, and will always be, a family operated store. We currently have at least one family member in each department Sales, Finance, Parts and Service. In July of 2022, Don Blacksmith retired and passed the torch to his son Gary. Together with his wife Mandy, Gary plans to continue taking care of his customers as if they are family and providing the superior service we have always been known for.

This is our 2nd purchase from RiverCity RV. Both experiences have been top notch. The folks here are so nice and friendly. They’re pet folks too! We worked with Paul this time - super helpful and great to work with. Being on the Southern Oregon Coast and they in Grants Pass - the long distance communication was great. Found our "Perfect 5th wheel" at a great price. Low pressure staff, there to help you. River City was patient as we navigated the finance end of the deal. When it was proceeding slow, we reached out to Gary and Mandy and they were able to get us financed quickly. Thank You to all at River City RV! After doing my research in finding the perfect RV that met my standards, and my husbands both, We decided that the Cougar Bunkhouse checked all boxes. We started by visiting a local RV center that had the model we were wanting to view on the lot. After 2 visits to the dealership I decided to sit down and talk numbers. When they not only had no wiggle room on price but were going to tack on a $1,200.00 set up/walk through fee, We walked away. That evening I did more research. I found the same model, plus extras not on local RV for considerably less money at River City RV. I texted # on site thinking I might hear back in the morning, but promptly received a message from Gary (owner), and we made a plan to talk the next morning. Now, I live in Olympia Wa., 6hr drive to Grants Pass, not ideal circumstances when making a high ticket purchase. Kobe (sales agent/owners son) agreed to do a small deposit to hold the unit, and did a Face Time walk through of unit with my husband and I. They were even flexible with pick up arrangements. We were unable to pick up during regular tech hours. They made arrangement for Rob to come in on a Saturday morning. Rob was amazing as well, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. There is something to be said for making a purchase with this family owned dealer, excellent communication, flexibility, value for your money, and peace of mind! Recently purchased a used Arctic fox camper from River City RV. Gary and Kobe were great to work with and negotiate a reasonable sale. We brought our camper home on Wednesday and were camping on Friday. This camper is our third purchase from River City and probably not our last! 2 weeks after we purchased our camper we got a phone call from Gary stating that they had found the monitor to the backup camera that was mounted on the back of the camper. Talk about service after the sale, this place rocks.
