We’ve had an amazing experience with Riley’s RV World from the very first phone call my husband made. When we arrived—after driving 2.5 hours—we were greeted and treated like family. We traded in our camper and purchased another, and the entire process was absolutely seamless. Every team member we interacted with was genuine, helpful, and truly happy to assist. I want to highlight Pepper. She was always willing to help, answer questions, get us the assistance we needed and she went above and beyond. Great experience buying from Riley's. Pepper was great to work with on the initial purchase as well as closing out the sale paperwork with Mike. Tyler was also great doing the walk through to show me all of the features and setup/take-down process with the camper. This will definitely be my first stop on any future camper/RV purchase.

My wife and I had picked out which fifth wheel we wanted and started looking for who had one in stock. After searching online we ran across Riley’s RV. We traveled about 1.5 hours to their lot to check their inventory. When we arrived we were not met with a high pressure sales staff, which was a bonus. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. After about 30 minutes or so Steven had walked us thru the paperwork and started the process of purchasing our new camper. A week later they had it ready for us. When we showed up, we finished up the paperwork and then Jose gave us a walk through of the camper. He did an excellent walk through and was very knowledgeable of the camper and answered all our questions. I’m sure this will not be our last dealings with them. I highly recommend them for sales and service.
Bought my first travel trailer from Pepper here and couldn’t be happier! She was great to work with and helped me out with some great tips for full time living. Delivery, set-up, and education about all I needed to know was with Adam and Jose. Can’t say enough greatly things about them. They stayed until I felt comfortable understanding how to take care of my TT and the maintenance that goes with it. Recommend them for your RV and TT needs!
