Buying an RV is a big decision. Use this guide to shop Rent For Fun RV Rentals & Sales's inventory with confidence.
Set your budget first
RV prices range from under $10,000 for used travel trailers to $300,000+ for Class A diesel pushers. Know your number before you browse. Use SearchShop's payment estimator on any Rent For Fun RV Rentals & Sales listing to model monthly costs.
Pick the right RV type
Travel trailers and fifth wheels need a capable tow vehicle. Class B and C motorhomes offer an easier entry point. Class A motorhomes give the most space. Ask the team at Rent For Fun RV Rentals & Sales which type fits your camping style.
Inspect these on every unit
Check the roof for cracks or soft spots (signs of water damage). Open every slideout and look for seal wear. Run all appliances. Test the generator, AC, and water heater. Check the underbelly for rust or damage.
Know the weight ratings
Every RV has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). Overloading causes tire blowouts and frame damage. Compare the GVWR against your intended load before committing.
Review service records
Ask Rent For Fun RV Rentals & Sales for any available service history. Regular maintenance records — oil changes, roof resealing, slide service — signal a well-cared-for unit.
RV loans are specialized. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal when financing through Rent For Fun RV Rentals & Sales in Nampa, Idaho.
Typical Loan Terms
10 to 20 years is typical for larger RVs. Shorter-term loans save on total interest.
Down Payment
10% to 20% is typical. A larger down payment reduces monthly costs and total interest paid.
Pro Tip
Get pre-approved by your bank before visiting Rent For Fun RV Rentals & Sales — it gives you a rate to compare against dealer financing.
Banks, credit unions, and specialized RV lenders all offer RV financing. Rates vary widely. Get a pre-approval from your bank or credit union before visiting Rent For Fun RV Rentals & Sales — it gives you a baseline rate to compare against dealer-arranged financing.

Just got done renting for years with them. They were absolutely great to deal with. Any issue was resolved very quickly and efficiently. I had a unique issue with building a home and renting. We didn’t know when the home would be done being built and they worked with this odd situation so we could have a smooth transition from renting with them to moving into our new home. I Highly suggest renting with them.
Renting under Elite rentals has been a great experience so far! Any problems we had they handled very quickly, and I feel they listened each time we had a concern. I was always very impressed with how quickly they would respond to issue on our property, even on a weekend!
We started renting from Elite Rentals in July 2025. The service and experience we’ve received so far has been top shelf. From the negotiations of our move in, to the recent maintenance request fulfillment. (Complete with new kitchen faucet!) I’m a happy tenant indeed🙂 Will continue the review as needed. Thank You Elite Property Management!
I had a fantastic experience renting from Elite Rentals. From the very beginning, they were friendly, responsive, and professional. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, and the property was well taken care of throughout my lease. They truly care about their tenants and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Communication was always clear and respectful, and I always felt supported and comfortable in the home. I would highly recommend renting from Elite Rentals to anyone looking for a great landlord and a worry-free living experience!
Elite Rentals has been great to work with. When they took over management for our property a couple years back, the transition was seamless, and they are always quick to respond to issues and questions, whether it be through email or a text on a weekend.
