Forever grateful to Ram Motors Rv and Mike McCulley, and Jaden Landholm. Jaden took his time to show us some trailers. He listened to what he wanted and showed us trailers within our weight limit. Mike McCulley took his time to get us financed, even with our not so good credit. We signed the papers that very day we went and saw the trailers. Mike gave us a really good deal on this 2026 Wildwood Forest River Travel Trailer. I cannot recommend this company enough. The staff alone makes it wanting to come back and spend more money.
We just closed an amazing deal thanks to Uriah. He took his time and walked us around giving us all the information we needed. He truly listened to us and our desires for a family RV and got us an incredible rig and saved us $. Can’t say enough good things about our experience!
We just bought a fifth wheel trailer, and Mike and JD were fantastic to work with! They both answered any questions we had and were incredibly knowledgeable. We were not pressured into purchasing any extras we did not want. We drove from Arizona, and the trailer was all set and ready to go for a walk-through, and it was a breeze to hitch, and they even filled the fresh tank for us. We got it home and had no problems on the road. It was pure trailer perfection! We immediately showed it off to some family, and they were even commenting that if they were in the market for another RV, they too would drive to New Mexico and go to Ram Motors. We highly recommend these guys, and will definitely be looking to come back for any future purchases. Thank you, Mike and JD! You guys are AWESOME!
Took my boat for repairs with a low power issue. Got charge for a fuel pump to fix the low power and they replace a transmission solenoid because it was shifting hard. Only to later find out that the issue was never fixed. Drove my boat 3 hours north to have the same issues. This company lost a new battery in the processes that I had supply. When I took the boat back for the same issues, they replace the spark plugs and fix the low power issue. They try to tell me they will not charge me because the lost my battery???? I pay for the battery!! The shifting hard issue was never fixed, they tried quoting me a new transmission. When I took the boat back to the lake the low battery kept on going off. I they found out the the mechanic that replaced the batteries left a ground cable disconnected. When connecting the cable the shifting issue went away. This company charged by almost $3000 for a fuel pump and a transmission solenoid that never fixed my issues. Only to find out that spark plugs and a ground cable is all it needed. It's very disappointed how this company didn't even tried to make things right. Even after reaching out to Malibu they didn't care. All I want it is for some one to reach out and make things right! keep the money, at least apologize.
Went to Ram last weekend to see about trading in my pop up for a travel trailer. Was met with an immediate smile and great service from every member of the staff. Lucas and Uriah were straight forward with their offer for my trade along with doing everything they could to ensure I was able to get what I was looking for at the best price! Today I went to get my new trailer was again given a great 5 star experience from everyone I encountered. Along with a full walkthrough plus everything I need to take that first trip. I would definitely recommend visiting this great staff and place if you're ever looking to get a trailer.
