We purchased an RV from this establishment and were lied to and WAY overcharged! The salesman told us about a warranty that the RV came with that covered everything even the tires. Everyone we dealt with was very dishonest and management snuck a $5000 charge into the contract with no mention of it. This contract was in my partners name so I was not present for the final paperwork and he was not good about reading it. He paid almost $10000 over KBB before the added “warranty”. With the recent windstorm the air conditioning cover was damaged. We tried to use the “warranty” and was first told we had to pay a deductible and when we agreed to pay it because we didn’t think we had a choice we were told that we only had coverage for mechanical repairs WTH?? Puyallup RV in Vancouver is a rip off!! We paid off the loan early within 15 months of purchasing. We are currently out $38,000 for an RV that blue books under $18,000. What a learning experience and shame on Puyallup RV and the woman that is supposedly the manager. So much for honesty and integrity.
