I live in Ak and was shopping for a Trailmanor hard-sided camper. I found a used one at Puyallop RV for a great price . Mike made buying a camper sight unseen a very comfortable experience, even coming in on his day off to meet with me when I showed up to pick it up. Samantha made my purchase smooth and seamless. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again or to recommend them to friends. Walter and crew had the camper in tip top condition upon my arrival. Walter was professional and patient in walking me through the systems and set up and took my follow up calls with additional questions after I left. He is obviously a subject matters specialist and knows his business. I was very impressed with Puyallup RV from start to finish.
We recently purchased an RV from Mike, long -distance from Alaska, sight unseen! Mike gave us a very thorough virtual tour and answered our many questions. We then began working with Samantha who was super responsive, even on her days off! We were supposed to pick up the RV in mid-August, but got delayed in doing so. They were very gracious in holding on to it for several more weeks. We arrived to pick it up and spent several hours going over things with Walt. While we were on the road we had a few kinks to work out, and Chris was super helpful in helping us troubleshoot! Thank you Mike, Samantha, Walt and Chris - we are very pleased with the whole process!
We had a mostly great experience purchasing our RV from Puyallup RV. Mike was amazingly helpful and no-pressure, Walt spent so much time explaining how our RV works and making sure we understood it, and Chris was super helpful as well and spent time researching our truck to be sure we could tow the one we wanted. These guys all really know their business and work hard to help you get the RV that works best for you. The only problem we encountered was the finance person scheduled us for pickup on a day when nobody was there to do it, including her, resulting in a three hour drive for nothing on our part. To their credit, Mike, Walt and Chris were very apologetic and worked hard to make up for an error not of their doing. We are very happy with our trailer and would definitely recommend them for your next RV shopping trip.
