If I could give 6 stars, I would. Starting with visiting Kelley in late August, who answered all of my questions about a Genesis model I was looking at, was fantastic to work with. She was prompt, professional and honest to a fault. She encouraged me to come back during the RV show that was being hosted in Salem in October, and never once pressured a decision from me after dutifully listening to my apprehensions and timeline. October 11th: I became the proud owner of a 2026 Genesis G3215 toy hauler, and ownership happened awfully quickly due to Juan in finance getting me a bank approval with an amazing interest rate. I can without a doubt say that he got me the best deal possible! October 13th: The Monday after the show, David, the general sales manager, was quick to guide me in the right direction in regards to my question about service as I was going to need a weight distribution hitch installed as well as a defect addressed with the main entry door. Most dealership managers aren’t humble enough to bother taking a customer’s call, but David is. October 31st: The “shakedown” trip; a trip all RVers must take to determine what needs repaired and what needs replaced. If you’re new to RVs, you must take into account that whether you’re purchasing a $20K camper or a $750K diesel pusher, things WILL be discovered defective that weren’t caught during PDI. It happens. These are essentially entire homes on wheels. And while there will be never be a perfect RV that rolls off the factory floor, Power RV’s Service is the next closest thing to perfection. Though the shakedown trip proved to have been necessary, I couldn’t have expected the service manager, Brian, to get me into service the very next Monday (Nov. 3). It’s nearly unheard of for a service center to move mountains like Brian has, and it has all been in the pursuit of making me a happy camper. My Genesis should be ready for pickup in the next week or so. From sales, to service, back to finance, and over to management, every single person I’ve spoken to has prioritized what I’ve needed with nothing but integrity and delight. I plan to have my Genesis Toy Hauler for a long time, but believe me when I say Power RV will have my business for years to come.

I reached out to Power RV, because they were somewhat local, they appeared to be a smaller dealership, and being a small business owner myself, I always try to support smaller, local businesses. I went to Power RV about July 5th, 2025. I met with Kelley and was able to test drive the 2025 Coachmen Crosstrail 20XG motor home. I had been researching these for quite a while, and the drive did not disappoint. Over the next couple weeks, I negotiated a fair price through Kelley, who was running negotiations through David, the owner. After agreeing on price, Juan, the finance manager, reached out to collect a $3,000 deposit. I told Kelley from the beginning that I was going to have a third-party pre-purchase inspection, and had my own financing. I did send Kelley all of the preapproval information on August 6th. Kelley thanked me for the information and said that’s exactly what they would need. When the inspector arrived, they had an extension cord plugged into the RV, and the propane tank was not full. They did have a hose available. The inspector called me during the inspection to inform me that the RV had a “hot skin condition, “ meaning there was voltage on the outside of the RV. He was able to have the motorhome moved to a different area of the dealership where he could get a 30 amp connection. Once it was plugged into a 30 amp connection and not an extension cord, the original issue with the hot skin condition cleared. They also eventually filled up the propane tank. There were several items on the inspection report such as an electrical outlet wired wrong, a couple of the outside doors would not lock, there was a fair amount of rust on the driveshaft and rear differential, and a couple of loose/missing trim pieces inside the motorhome. They agreed to correct the items, except for the undercarriage rust that was mentioned. The comment that I got was “all vehicles have rust.” Even with that, I was prepared to move forward, because for a few hundred dollars, I could have the rust removed. They needed a few more days to get those issues corrected, so the date agreed upon to go down and finalize things was August 12th. Friends drove me down to the dealership on August 12th. I met with Kelley, who took me in to meet with Juan, the finance manager. I sat down to review and handed him the cashiers check for the down payment. Juan appeared confused. It appeared he was expecting a check for the full amount. I told him I had pre-approved financing, and I had provided all the information to their dealership the week before. Juan said he would need to talk with the owner. I left the finance manager's office and returned to the motor home to wait. We had arrived at the dealership around 11:30 and around 3:30 or so, they still did not have things figured out. Kelley told me that they would deliver the RV to my home once they had everything resolved. My friends and I left the dealership. After thinking about things, I canceled the deal. If it is this difficult to purchase a motorhome, I cannot imagine what any service needs would be like. I had to request my $3,000 deposit back on three separate days before I received it. Here’s my take. They do not like it when you come in with your own pre-approved financing. They had all the pre-approval financing information for six days, and they told me to come down to pick up the motor home on August 12th. I don’t know whether the lack of working with my finance company was deliberate or an accident, but in any case, it caused me a lot of wasted time. Seems to be an important question as they are the ones who told me to come down on August 12 to pick up the motor home. Let’s be clear, I was not buying a set of bath towels. This was a $135,000 motor home. Although nobody was rude per se', ownership doesn't seem to care. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this dealership. Owners defensive response is what I would expect, based on my treatment. Again, they had my financing info for 6 days. Very glad now that I did not purchase from this dealer. Buyer beware.

My husband and I just purchased a 2025 Sandpiper 3990fl from Power RV. Our sales person RV Marie was amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all professional. She listened to our wants and needs and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Mind you this was mid afternoon on a Sunday and within an hour we walked away proud owners of our new RV. We searched for almost 2 years looking for the right one. I would recommend Power RV and Rv Marie to anyone looking to purchase. Brian at the service department was also very helpful once our RV was delivered he was kind and helpful with all my concerns and questions. My husband and I would like to thank the entire team at Power RV for making this a wonderful experience.

This is our second time purchasing a trailer with Kelley, and both experiences have been fantastic! She really takes the time to understand our needs and genuinely cares about helping us find the perfect fit. Her dedication is the reason we keep coming back. This time, we purchased from Power RV at the RV show at the fairgrounds, and the process was just as smooth and enjoyable as before! Once we made our decision, Rod made finalizing the paperwork a breeze. Thank you, Kelley and Rod, for another wonderful experience! We’ll definitely be referring our friend’s & family here!

I bought a 2024 Vibe from Power RV. Kayla was the person who helped me! I would definitely recommend anyone to Kayla! She is professional, kind, and responsive!
