If you are in the market for a new or used RV, then you should look no further. Nowhere else in the Pacific Northwest will you find the best Selection, Service, Quality, Price and most important THE PEOPLE behind it all. The buying process simply could not have gone any more smoothly. Especially financing. Wow is all i can say. Amazing. What started out as dreams and a trip to the Tacoma RV show, quickly led to amazing people, lots of questions answered, and most of all, a surprisingly affordable and a totally awesome % rate with stupid easy financing. Best buying experience ever. The finance personel were exceptional. The sales staff were professional and very helpful. Service staff were thorough and very knowledgeable on the motorhome we purchased and provided a great walkthrough on all the features and systems on the RV. Amazing!!
We worked primarily with Joe to purchase our Class C motorhome however we ended up working with many different people during the process and we couldn't be happier! The entire staff is amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable. This was very important to us since we were coming from California to purchase our coach. They have a great selection and went well above our expectations the whole time, even after we used our coach. We would definitely use Poulsbo RV again!
Excellent service all around! Our trailer had been in for post December 2025 flooding repairs, and every step of the way we got a call with updates. Everyone with smiles, friendly, and professional. Treated us like million dollar customers! So happy we bought our “rolling house” from them! Highly recommend them!
Customer service is great but I feel the organization of service needs improvement. Had my RV in for service and some repairs (specifically roof leak). Brought my RV in on appointment date but it had to sit out in the rain (I keep it covered at home) and continued to leak into the house. It would be nice if there was a more specific time frame for the work to be done where I could be in a queue and receive a call when my turn is close so I would then bring it in. I am afraid more damage was caused by having my RV parked in the lot. I picked it up almost 7 weeks after drop off. But, with all that, I do appreciate Tim’s customer service trying to do all he can to help.
