Purchasing remotely from Alaska could have been challenging, but working with Stan Tacazon at Poulsbo RV was incredibly easy, efficient, clear & concise. Stan was amazingly available & a pleasure to work with. From our first call, Stan located the RPod 205 we had been looking for. After that, text questions were answered immediately & that was all the purchase process required. Poulsbo kindly kept our purchase on the lot until we were able to make the long drive to pick it up. Technician Jeff then spent a good 2 hours with us explaining the details of the model’s working operations & was a wealth of information on camping off-grid, our preferred type of travel. I would highly recommend working with Poulsbo RV & these two guys in particular. They aim to please & know the ropes.
Our sales person was great we love our used toyhauler but getting things fixed after the mandatory $2000 added walk through was a fight. 26k for a used toyhauler wasn't bad. The fix it "list" seemed to be missing things we added I'm glad we where all there and made our own. The lie about our roof really upset us. It's apparent The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Little things make a big difference and treatment of customers after the sale speaks volumes to individuals and the business integrity. Missing tables broken caps, Missing equipment,dead batteries, cobwebs dusty and dirty yet charged for " cleaning "..Right now I'll never do business nor endorse this company ever again. Personally my son and I ended up fixing more than they did I'll be submitting our bill to Poulsbo RV mountvern for my time and money, pulling me out of medical retirement wont be cheap. Beware get it all in writing and make your own list take pictures. God speed and good day.
Got some moisture in my 7-way plug, scorched the plug and fried some connections in the junction box. Took it in on Tuesday and they had it repaired, tested and ready to go Thursday. Great repair and great customer service! One happy camper …. 😎
Happened upon this place as it was recommended by the RV manufacturer...after my experience, can totally understand why. Had an appt within days, got there early and they took me right away. Issue was resolved quickly and I was back on the road. Highly recommend...AND they're dog friendly!!
