We have been searching for another motorhome since selling ours that we owned for over 19 years. It was hard to part with but we finally decided to sell and upgrade. My husband found a gorgeous Tiffin Phaeton motorhome online at Poulsbo RV in December 2025 and we bought it sight unseen. It's exactly what we were looking for and MORE. We couldn't believe all the features in this coach. It's an incredible find and even the salesman wasn't aware of all the super cool extras on it. We certainly weren't expecting a (remote dishwasher, central vacuum system) but we love everything about it. From the beginning when we contacted Poulsbo RV, we were treated with kindness making the transaction easy and we had a great experience with everyone involved from their salesman, to their awesome secretary to their mechanics who taught my husband quite a bit about the motorhome. Poulsbo RV Management team went above and beyond to make our experience a good one and worth our wait on a few things needing done and we paid extra for a two hour walk through that was well worth it and very important to us. I Love my new coach, but, I bought this 28 ' Flair class A RV at the Tacoma Dome RV show. The sales rep. told me the rv had a solar panel on the roof and I could easily add more . I got the coach home and no solar on the roof! After making it clear the sales guy misspoke when he assured me this rig had solar, the service department called me and did install 3 solar panels for a discounted price. After my first 3k mile trip this summer I came home with a generator that failed due to poor connection at the junction box ( melted wires), the refrigerator came loose from it mounts, the bedroom door track pulled loose from the ceiling, one of the exterior frameless windows was ready to fall off due to failed adheasive, the roof had a bubble due to improper sealing at the factory, and a few other PDI defects (minor, but important it's a new coach!) I know they don't make em like they used too! I am happy to report I just got my coach back after being at the dealership for 4 weeks while they made those warrantee repairs. I want to give a big THANK YOU to Ryan in the Sumner service department at Poulsbo RV. Also the service department at the Kent location(Skylar)who did the solar and roof diagnosis ( it was their tech who spotted the bad workmanship on the roof and made that claim only to get the work transferred to Sumner location so I didn't have to go to 2 locations. Thanks Again to the guys in the service!! (Or I might not Love our Flair!) I don't blame Poulsbo RV. These issues are evidence the stuff coming out of the big RV factory these days ain't that good! But I knew that when I bought it.

From the very beginning, the staff was so personal and welcoming — they really made me and my family feel at home while we shopped around. They were flexible throughout the whole process and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was how helpful and friendly everyone was. They went above and beyond to find financing for me when other places couldn’t make it happen. It honestly made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Not only were we charged shipping and another deductible when we had to take it back since they didn’t fix it the first time, they were constantly making excuses for their shoddy work. They left work undone and nailed siding up wrong. (We will fix it)…Will we go back to Poulsbo RV??HELL NO!!!!!! And we will spread the word..So very disappointing to deal with those that charge the customers for the company’s mistakes!!🤬the end!! Had to at least give them one star to post.. they don’t deserve that!!!
