Very good experience with Poulsbo RV, would definitely recommend them, brought our trailer in after a 2 week outing and had them check a couple of things, dropped it off and Tony took a look and fixed a few things and called the next day for me to pick it up, very quick and thorough.
Customer Service is top notch. I needed a replacement part for a Toy-Hauler. Although they ultimately were unable to assist me with ordering the part because it was non-motorized, Shawn who I dealt with went above and beyond trying to assist me and was able to point me in the correct direction. I would 100% look forward to doing business with them in the future and am astonished with the incredible customer service I received.
I donot recommend this place. I was traveling from Texas and in Gig Harbor, I had an issue with my batteries and it needed some help. I called and talked to Tina (poor managerial skills in regards to customer service) in service and she was quite rude and dismissive. Actually was not able to offer any help in any way to a traveling RVer, except to offer an appointment in December - a month away! They need better training.

We purchased a new RV in early 2022 knowing that there are usually little things that may need adjustment, warranty work or a tweak in the first year.
