Amazing sales team gave us a great deal on our trade in. The service department was able to get the extras installed before the walk thru fpur days later. Camping World lost a customer thats for sure.
After purchasing a trailer, we noticed some damage upon delivery. We were referred to Poulsbo RV for warranty service. Courtney, on the Service side is a Customer Service Rockstar! Usually, when you drop something off for repair, there is this ‘Black Hole’ phase, where you won’t hear anything from the service provider for weeks. Courtney however, promised an update every Friday! We literally had an update every week - even if there was no progress. We picked up the trailer last week, well ahead when we thought we’d get it back. Thanks Courtney, for your consistency, and integrity!
