We bought a new RV that was three years old and had been on the lot. We r guessing it was a show model. After sitting for 3 years there are bound to be some issues. I can tell you that Point North RV was amazing. They fixed any issue we needed in a remarkable turn around time, and a couple we didn't notice. We haven't had to deal with Alliance directly yet. If we ever need to I am confident by all the positive things I read about them on social media groups and such that we will have the same type of service from them that we receive from Point North. This is our second trailer we have purchased thru Point North, and we couldn't be happier.
We weren't really in the market to buy a fifth wheel this year but this was such a great deal we couldn't pass it up! Our salesperson, Lance, was great! He took this fifth wheel in on trade and the previous owners were wonderful in offering the hitch and the service department was able to get it installed for us. While they installed the hitch, they loaned us a vehicle so we could pick blueberries and spend the day at the beach! Very impressed with this dealership! Thanks Lance for taking care of the details.
I have a Club Car electric golf cart I took to Kalkaska previously for service. Point North RV is closer to my home and they are also a certified Club Car dealer. I took our golf cart their for overall service in October and I was very happy with the service and cost. Everything was done as promised. Rudy was great with her customer service and kept me in the loop with the progress on the service. When I picked up our cart today, Clinton came out and went over everything he had done on the cart and gave me some tips for winterizing this year. Clinton was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be bringing our golf cart back here the next time we need service. They did a great job !!

I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Clinton in the service department and Susan at the service desk. Susan kept me informed throughout the whole process and Clinton took the time to show me everything he did on my golf cart and also gave me some good tips on how to properly charge the battery to get longer life out of the batteries. I was extremely pleased with everything they did.
