My wife and I just purchased a new Grand Design Reflection 337RLS fifth wheel from PleasureLand in Ramsey. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I saw the exact glacier ice house that I wanted at their st Cloud lot and fate would have it that it ended up at the state fair. A quick rearrange of our plans to go see it early and we were greeted by Duane and Dave the Ramsey sales staff and the experience was top notch from there forward. Dave gave great insights about his own experience owning a glacier after having a couple of brands that didn't hold up as well and that was proven in how well the glacier held up at the fair. They made pick up and financing a breeze and got me on my way! Even gave me a full tour and walkaround inspection day of hookup and did almost all the hook up to my truck. Top notch experience 👌🏻 👏 👍🏻
Huge shoutout to Nghia Nguyen and the Pleasureland Rentals service department for their outstanding service! The heater in our ice house needed fixing, and they had an incredibly quick turnaround. Nghia went above and beyond by coming out to Lake Minnetonka to personally make sure everything was fully up and running. He didn’t just fix it and leave—he made sure it was done right.
