I recently purchased a 2025 Lance 825 truck camper from Pike’s Peak RV this October, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. What stood out to me most is that this is a family-run business with the owners on site. From the moment you walk in, you feel that close-knit, friends-and-family vibe — and that continues long after the purchase. The team here are multi-generational RVers. They don’t just sell RVs — they live the RV lifestyle and grew up in it. So when it comes to questions, support, and real-world knowledge, they’re true experts. Kimberly helped me pick the right Lance for my needs, and she was fantastic. She followed up after my purchase, shared her cell number for any questions, and made the entire process easy. After my first week-long trip, I had a few things I wanted checked out. They let me bring the camper right in, took care of everything under warranty, and had me back on the road within two weeks with zero out-of-pocket costs. They also handled all the modifications I needed on my truck and really made it a one-stop shop. Prices were fair, transparent, and it was clear they genuinely cared about getting things right. I drove down from Denver — it’s a bit of a trek — but absolutely worth it for the level of service, attention to detail, and the overall experience. One of the owners, Celeste, was involved throughout the process alongside Kimberly, and having direct access to both of them made everything feel personal and attentive. If you’re considering a Lance or any RV, I’d highly recommend choosing Pike’s Peak RV over the big corporate dealerships. You get to work directly with the owners and a team who live and breathe this lifestyle, and they get things done quickly and correctly. Plus, fall and winter are great times to get solid deals — I’m extremely happy with the deal I got on my Lance 825. Couldn’t recommend them more.
We traded in our 2015 travel trailer on a 2021 model at Pikes Peak RV. We were a little apprehensive about how this would work, as we live in a neighboring state. Celest and Chance made the process work smoothly. We got a fair price for our trade in and paid a reasonable price for the “new-to-us” trailer, without any stress. Dalton and the service crew had the 2021 trailer looking brand new, and all of the previously requested small repairs were complete when we arrived about noon with our trade-in. While we were completing paperwork, Dalton transferred the weight distribution hitch from our 2015 trailer to the 2021 trailer and made all the necessary adjustments to the new set up. He also put new screens in the screen door when we noticed that the old ones had come loose. Chance helped us transfer our “stuff” from the old to the new trailer. We left Pikes Peak RV about 5 pm for 10 days of camping. While camping we discovered an issue with a grey tank gate valve, which we were not able to repair until we got back home (our schedule did not allow us to return to Pikes Peak RV for the repair). Celest agreed immediately when we asked them to split the repair cost with us. Getting the title paperwork completed and sent to us out of state took a little longer than expected, but Celest followed up to make sure everything went through. Overall, we were very pleased with our interactions with Celest and her whole crew at Pikes Peak. Job well done! Kent, New Mexico
I bought a camper from hwy 34 rv, but they went out of business, so I called Pikes peak rv, and they went above and beyond to help me solve my issues. The GM in particular, gave me the information I needed, phone numbers, and followed up with the manufacturer on my behalf, even after the manufacturer dropped the ball. Thanks to her, my issues have been resolved! I highly recommend Pikes peak rv! If you have a rv need, give them a shot! They were awesome for me, really went the extra mile to help me out. Everyone from the salesman to the installers and fiancé were great. The owner came out to us several times to let us know of the progress and just to talk.
