Purchased my first ever RV here. Tracy was fantastic to work with in not only getting us an amazing deal, but walk us through all the questions we had of being a first time RV owner. The RV boot camp was really informative and great for going over and understanding everything on our new rig. Every staff was really friendly and helpful. Didn’t even bother checking out another RV shop. Made the purchase and couldn’t be happier.

I highly recommend Pierce RV! We and our five small children had an amazing experience with Heather, our saleswoman, and so many other team members, as we found and bought our fifth wheel RV! They went beyond general customer service to help us! The gal behind the main desk (sadly, I can't remember her name) had a great time talking with and interacting with our kiddos! And they even had a playroom that our kids got super excited about! Not too many places do that anymore! I was involved in customer service most of my working life. I found that everyone I came into contact with at Pierce to be practicing top tier customer service & professionalism. 1) Scott Bonnett handled ordering truck camper tie-downs for my 1993 Chev K2500 pickup. Everything happened when he said it would; everything I needed was there when I picked up my order. 2) Ridge Karr & Scott took care of me when I discovered I couldn't install these myself (I'm 73 & should not have tried, but old habits die hard...). They both went way above & beyond the call of duty to get the tie-downs installed quickly, so I could continue my road trip. I can't thank these folks enough, + the guys that actually did the work, then got rid of the boxes & packing material I had thrown into my camper. Happy Trails to y'all!
Huge thank you to Leonard at Pierce RV Service Department in Billings, Montana!! I was traveling through Montana in my new camper van when I had trouble turning on the 120 V appliances and power. I drove to Pierce RV Supercenter in Billings, Montana and walked in to the Service Desk. Leonard generously took the time to troubleshoot the issue and explain how to use the Xantrek inverter to turn on the 120 power when I was not connected to shore power and how to conserve the battery when the 120 power was not needed. My daughter and I wanted to extend a big thanks to Pierce RV and Leonard for their warmth, kindness and generous assistance. He took the time amidst a busy schedule to help us with our issue, and was able to very patiently and clearly explain it to us. He was friendly and kind, and he helped us get back on the road in a matter of minutes. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!
