When we think of the word "dealership", integrity isn't the first word that comes to mind. Pete's RV Center in North Charleston is the exception in every good way possible. I was an out of town buyer of a used RV, and Maison was very accommodating and went out of his way to help answer my questions. If he didn't know, he made it his business to get an answer and respond. Despite a full lot and busy salespeople, they held my RV on a deposit until I could schedule a flight to come get it. They hooked up utilities so an inspector could give it a 3 hour inspection. They even recommended a local mobile tire shop and let me have a set of tires put on it prior to arrival! Maison checked the new tires on the day of my arrival, saw one was flat, and had already called the tire shop to have them come fix a faulty valve stem without even calling me, because it was the right thing to do and that's what he does. The tire was fixed before I finished reviewing the RV and Maison saved me hours of waiting by being so proactive. I texted Maison when the plane landed and he was waiting to greet me at the door and to show me the unit in person. The sales manager Cliff was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to get paperwork processed. Karen knew exactly what I needed to re-seal the unit, and got me the right materials to do the job and got me on my way. From the time the flight landed, I was shaking hands and driving away with a big grin on my face 2 hours later, thankful to find a team of good folks who go above and beyond the call of duty. Trying to buy from out of town is hard, and it wouldn't have happened without the support of the team at Pete's RV, folks whose integrity and professionalism is at the very best of what I've seen.

My wife and I recently purchased a Travel Trailer at the Trail Center in Charleston and couldn't be more happy with our decision. Jay was very easy to work with and we never felt pressure to buy. He gave the options and let us decide, even encouraging us to check out other dealers. We did visit another (big) dealer in the area and were given extreme pressure to purchase that day. We walked away and went back to the Trail Center to buy a Jayco. When we picked up the TT Jay spend hours with us, walking us through the operation and maintenance. He would demonstrate then have us do a task, making sure we were clear on how everything worked. Since our purchase we've had several questions and Jay has been there to help us. He never made it feel like we were bothering him or that he didn't want to help us. You can't put a price on this type of customer service. Overall, we got a great product at a fair price and would definitely work with the Trail Center again. We'll be back if we decide to upgrade our camper in the future.
