While on our shakedown trip in Vermont after purchasing a new Jayco Seneca XT from Pete’s RV in Connecticut, we encountered a problem with our leveling jacks. We called Pete’s RV in Burlington VT, and the shop’s foreman Chris was able to see us 20 minutes later and immediately fixed (at no out-of-pocket cost) what turned out to be an electrical issue while we waited. 5 stars for such fast and friendly help. And the rest of the staff spoiled our dogs with yummy treats while we waited.
Bought our Brinkley in Boston at Pete’s- service was horrendous, here we are a week later after taking pickup in Boston, in Burlington Vermont - at Pete’s and service is outstanding! Thankyou Scott , jd , and there was a few more that came out and got us all corrected and ready to travel! Would recommend highly them! We’ll be having all our work done here if needed for sure!
These guys were great! We were on a cross country road trip when the macerator pump on our camper van failed. Scott was helpful and got us in to their shop quickly and got parts overnighted. Derrick Corbett was a hero and got us back on the road. All the staff we met were helpful while we waited for our van. Highly recommend Petes RV in Williston!
We have now purchased two Travel Trailers from Pete's and have always had the best experiences! This past weekend we had some issues while out on a trip so I called to see if we could get our camper looked at. Instead, Chris W called me and walked me through all the troubleshooting steps to identify the issue. He even took the time to go out on the lot to look at something very specific on a comparable camper so that he could tell me exactly what I was looking for. Once back at his desk he had me send him photos while on the phone, through each of the steps to help me find what I was looking for. When I made it to the end, I was easily able to identify the problem and it's something we can fix at home. I can't tell you how easy he made the process and how helpful he was! THANK YOU Chris!
