Picked up my trailer today and the batteries were dead. The employee than argued with me that it wasn't his job to unwire them for customers. He said "That would take me 15 minutes for every trailer, I can't do that" So because he was lazy my batteries were damaged. Poor customer service be cautious! They have lost my business. I will find a place that cares and takes pride in their work.
Our salesman was amazing! we are first time trailer buyers. Jeff was so much fun to work work with. He was patient, explained things well, he spent a lot of time after hours to help us get into our trailer. He answered all our questions clearly and did a fabulous job on the delivery as well.
