We had some recall work and the convection oven needed to be replaced and you were able to get all of the work done in less than a week, allowing us to keep our reservation and enjoy our fully functioning camper. It’s refreshing to find skilled repair shops and dealerships such as yours still around.

I had a great experience with the service department at Outdoor Sports Center. I called in a panic after returning to our camper and realizing the AC wasn’t working. It was 77° outside and getting warmer inside. We’re currently living in the camper while renovating our house—with our dog, our son, and I’m pregnant with twins—so with 95° weather on the way, I was really scared. Camping World, where we bought the camper, told me someone would call me back—even after I explained it was an emergency. Based on past experience, I knew that probably wouldn’t happen. When I called Outdoor Sports Center, the gentleman in the service department kindly listened and calmly walked me through troubleshooting over the phone. It worked, and the AC came back on. I’m so grateful for their help during such a stressful moment. It truly made all the difference.
