We bought a 2026 Cherokee Arctic Wolf fifth wheel. We saw an add on FB and decided to drive in to see it in person. The specific trailer we wanted to see was in their service department, but that did cause any hesitation for them to let us view this RV. Tyler made this process so smooth for us. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He gave us our time to talk and make a decision to pick which was the right RV for us. There was never a time that we felt rushed through this process. We drove 3.5 hrs away and this company was so accommodating with getting through the entire process. This was our 5th place that we had gone, and this was one of the only places where we felt welcomed and supported through the process. Tyler has been incredibly communicative even after the sale, helping us get our delivery and inspection scheduled. We are more than happy with our experience through this company and with our sales rep, Tyler.

We had been looking for a 5th wheel for about a year and there was nothing locally for us we liked. We saw what Oregon West had online and liked several options they had. We talked to Tyler, he was great, very personable and welcoming. We went up to the location several times, even though over an hour away from us. We went up once on Tyler's day off and he even came in on his day off to help us out for the 4-5 hours we were there trying to make a decision on what unit would be best for our wants and needs and in our budget. Now for the unpleasant part: Sadly, after each trip Tyler said he would call us back within a day or two and never did. At one time while sitting in his office ready to make a deal, we told him if they lowered the price $10,000 we would sign today. His manager said NO. Then to our surprise, the next week the exact unit we loved and wanted to buy was discounted $9200. So almost what we had asked for the week before, we called and Tyler, he was off that day and I left a message with his manager 'Ray' to have him call back. Tyler never called us back or even called to let us know about the massive discount on the 5th wheel. There was an exact same model at another dealership and was 3 extra hours from our house. We ended up buying from them, as their salesman called back, kept us in the loop and called us to ask more questions to make sure the unit we were looking at would fill our needs. If we had follow-up here and the discount, they ended up discounting it a week later, they would have had our business. Tyler in person is wonderful, just not good with follow-up. Hopefully, as time goes by, he will learn how important that can be when someone is making such a large purchase.

I just purchased and travel trailer on Tuesday with this dealership and man are they the best. My salesman Tyler L was very knowledgeable and didnt pressure me one bit. I called ahead to have a trailer ready for viewing and it had it all plugged in and setup. I am very impressed with this company and will continue to do business here. Just recently traded in our trailer for a 5th wheel. Overall experience with everyone was so great and the process went very smoothly. Main sales person was Jeff which he is very knowledgeable and helped answer a lot of questions we had before purchasing the 5th wheel. Got a great deal for our trade in. Winnie was great with all the paperwork making that part super easy. The service technicians that helped at pick up were amazing and help us get to know the 5th wheel better before leaving the dealership. I would refer them for sure and we are overall very satisfied and happy with our purchase.

We just signed on our new RV. Tyler was amazing. He is very knowledgeable about all of there inventory, easy going, and made the process so smooth and quick. Tyler definitely made us life long customers.
