Great place to purchase an RV, staff n management very helpful and professional
Roof sealant came detached while driving to a campground on a weekend. Called about 6 different rv stores and they were either closed or not selling parts/services on the weekend so we finally came across Muskegon RV store. GPS showed us arriving there 10 minutes prior to closing. We got there and Michael sold us a product that not only solved our problem but he was on his way out the door. He saw my husband up on the roof of our camper trying to put this patch on the roof; Michael got out of his car and joined my husband on the roof and helped him patch it! Talk about above and beyond!! Thank you Muskegon rv for being open and THANK YOU MICHAEL for your excellent customer service!!
Bought our pre-owned travel trailer here and had the best experience! We were able to trade in our 1999 Flagstaff for a 2020 Forest River. Everyone here is extremely nice, helpful, and great communicators. Their inventory is beautiful but reasonable priced! They were extremely accommodating to our third-party RV inspector and wanted to repair all concerns he found. We wanted to give a huge shout out to Matt for giving us a thorough walk through of our new rig and great advice. Highly recommend this place!

I wanted to check the value of my camper so I entered it online. I started receiving text messages from Optimum RV wanting to do a consignment on my camper. I told them I was not interested in the consignment but that I would sell it outright to them for X amount of dollars and they could sell it for whatever they wanted. They came back and stated that they would agree to that amount I had wanted out of it(she had checked with her supervisor). Three days later and many text messages back and forth with her, she sends a text stating that the manager said there was a mistake and that the supervisor quoted the wrong price and they would only give X amount ( $7,000 less)! I have never had a dealer give the wrong price on anything. This is a very shady dealer and I would stay very far away from them.
