We are here in Texas for the winter and wanted to trade in our 5th wheel, for a bigger one. We were greeted at the door by Brandy. She was so welcoming and warm. She helped us find just the right rig. Everyone from the finance department to the tech guys were very friendly and helpful. Adan, Andru and Hector went above and beyond to make sure our new rig was ready for us, even moving our current Sleep Number mattress and washer and dryer for us. Brandy is fairly new to selling at Optimum , but she knew her stuff and if she didn’t know, she would ask someone who did know. We have been so pleased, and would recommend Optimum in Harlingen to anyone. Ask for Brandy, she will make your dreams a reality!

We had an extremely disappointing experience with this RV dealership. When we brought our RV in for consignment (paid $299 for consignment fee) as we were told it would sell within 2–3 weeks. Upon bringing in our camper, we were then told we needed $1413 worth of service and maintenance (roof, windows, doors resealed) . We were told the work would be handled quickly. We quickly paid for there service so the RV could sell quickly, as we were told. Instead, our RV sat there for months with no work completed. Service manager, Enrique Sanchez, assured us over and over work would be completed and it never did. It took 3.5 months for them to complete the $1,400 worth of service we had already paid for — and the only reason anything was finally done was because we repeatedly had to call, follow up, and even make trips to the dealership ourselves to check on the status. It was obvious this dealership was not interested in selling our RV, they were simply making money off of us by telling us we needed to pay $1400+ for service and maintenance and then the work never got done. We took our RV out 2 weeks early from the 4 month contract as our RV was deteriorating in their care. We asked the local dealership for a refund of the $1413 and the General Manager, Alejandro, said he could not issue a refund. After contacting their corporate office and making a stink of the lack of work done to our RV, maintenance was finally done 3.5 months after dropping off RV with them and costing us multiple trips (time and money) to ensure it was done. We asked corporate office to compensate us for the time and money we had to spend to ensure their work was done and corporate said refunds could only be issued at local office. Extremely frustrating that local office said only corporate office can issue a refund/compensation and corporate said only local office can refund/compensation. Optimum RV did refund the $299 for the consignment fee but was not interested in compensating us for the loss of time and money we had to spend to make sure they completed the work we paid for. This entire experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and completely avoidable had they communicated honestly and followed through on their commitments. We would never recommend this dealership to anyone based on our experience.

We picked up the 2016 Keystone Fuzion yesterday and are so happy with it. The staff at Optimum RV Harlingen were so helpful throughout the process. Everyone was patient with our many questions, and we had many as this was our first RV purchase.

Most of my business was conducted over the phone. I was very pleased with service I received. My truck had an issue as soon as I pulled in. They found a shop close by, lead me there, also drove me and 3 dogs to a motel close by. When my truck was fixed the nxt morning. Me myself and 3 dogs were picked up and rode back to the shop. While I was there Jimmy stayed while the shop was finishing up. I can say they took care of a total stranger, and didn't leave me to fend for myself.

It didn’t feel like I was just being sold something—it felt like they actually cared that I found the right fit for my lifestyle. I’d highly recommend Optimum RV to anyone looking for an RV.
