This review is the Optimum RV in LaFeria/Harlingen, TX So glad this business is only 30 miles from me! I used to have to drive to Lewisville 550 miles away for service. I was able to call and schedule an appointment to get my 2025 Coachmen Nova house batteries and generator checked out. Parts had to be ordered so there was a short wait time but they fit me in and got it done quickly once the part came in. I was very pleased! Staff is very friendly and professional and committed to customer satisfaction. Am so glad they are in the LRGV and I no longer have to drive 1100 miles round trip to the place I purchased it for repairs. Many thanks to Enrique, Yesenia and the rest of the service team for being so kind and understanding. Enrique answered my questions, addressed my concerns quickly and as an newbie RV owner he walked me through some of the screens and showed me some how-to’s. Also special thanks to Margaret for your great sense of humor!
Love the service! They went above and beyond making sure everything works and is in tip top shape before we left. Cindy, Nick, Mike and all the Techs were so helpful and thorough making sure everything and every concern was addressed and corrected! I would highly recommend purchasing from them.
Cat communicated very well and made me a great deal on my new trailer! Highly recommend working with her. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and equipment available. She was not aggressive or pushy and allowed me time to consider my options.
Worst dealership ever. And that includes auto, boat, rv, etc. Terrible communication between sales and service. Service is completely unorganized. It had taken them 4 months from when I purchased my (used) RV to the inspection and repairs. Then they forget have someone that knew nothing about RV's do my final walk through inspection to test everything, and it failed miserably. Had to reschedule with the tech that worked on it, so I could make sure everything worked. Oh, and they didn't even put on my license plates during that time.
