This is our 3rd 5th wheel toyhauler purchased from Open Road and everything went smoothly for this one too! We went up on a Saturday, looked at a 2025 Torque 5th wheel toyhauler, discussed and negotiated price for 2 days, signed papers on Monday night and picked up trailer the next Saturday. The sales team was great to work with, and the service team were great at fixing the manufacturer blemishes. Can't say enough about the PDI team going the extra mile to get us on the road today!
Great job to Open Road RV in Arlington! An overall smooth experience. The one hiccup we had with the new hitch was resolved by Service Techs coming in on a Sunday to resolve the issue to get us on the road ASAP. Everyone was very pleasant to work with through the entire process. Thank you to all who helped get us in our new RV!

I wanted to take a moment to write a review and extend thanks to assisting me in servicing my Thor Windsport for an upcoming trip. I needed to have fluids checked etc and tire pressure. As busy as they were on a rainy Saturday Seth worked me in his day with his duties organizing workshop area away from their schedule and had time to squeeze me in without an appointment and I appreciated the hands on experience from Seth and learned a few things I did not know about like opening and closing of hood locks checking dip sticks tire pressure and adding oil inside the vehicle which I had no clue yiu could do. It was pouring rain while Seth worked outside away from their garages.
Jason the salesman was awesome. He was in constant contact with any questions we had for weeks before we were able to make it over to look at the trailer. Very friendly. Ramon did the walk through with me. Top notch customer service! He answered all my questions and recommended things to look for. He was Very knowledgeable about the coach. Great experience, we're so excited to get to camping!
