We traveled from over 250 miles away to look at certain truck camper models we had seen on Oak Lake RV’s website, and we were prepared to make a purchase. From Alan helping us through the decision making process and Bill handling the contractual areas, we were very pleased with our experience. Given the fact that we arrived early afternoon, a lot of the work fell to the service department to prep the camper, and walk us through a detailed and well done orientation by David. Then setting up our tie down system, Jim, and several other men in the service area came together as a team to finish up and help us get on the road safely prepared and ready to go! We really appreciated the overall teamwork from start to finish. In hindsight, we would have found a way to arrive earlier in the day so as to avoid anyone feeling rushed to get done before quitting time on a Friday night. All in all, this purchase was a very good experience, and I would recommend Oak Lake RV to anyone in the area considering an RV purchase.

EVERYONE we encountered was incredibly respectful and helpful from the moment we walked in. They are zero pressure and understood what an investment this purchase was and made the entire experience not only pain free but fun! Every single person we dealt with was knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. They answered all our questions and gave incredible advice. 100% would buy from again.
We purchased a used toyhauler from Oak Lake RV this summer. The first two times we used it, we had issues. Our sales rep was out so we spoke to Alan. He went so far above our expectations to make this right! Even though they are multiple hours from our home, they have us as customers for life!!!
