Absolutely the easiest folks to deal with, period. We are buying a coach and selling an Airstream. We have talked to several dealers and found several coaches but since we are in Ft Meyers this week we decided to check them out. Our salesman, Brian Coke, took the time to do an interview and determine what would best fit our lifestyle. He then took us directly to the perfect coach. We looked at some after the fact just to ensure that we had chosen correctly and we had. The price was in line with the other dealers we had spoken to, at JD Power average retail. Which is very fair considering they gave us a great trade allowance on our Airstream. The best part? We didn’t feel any stress or pressure. 👍👍 So if you need a like new Airstream 28RBT… Update: We’ve taken delivery and let me tell you, price is NOT the only part of a deal. Without being asked or my even knowing North Trail identified a mechanical issue and is taking care of it for us. Not a cheap issue either. Go with your gut and who you trust. Ask for Brian.

I would like to share my experience buying a 2026 Newmar Mountain Aire 4118 from Eric Martinez at North Trail RV. First, let me say that I am a very detail-oriented person with extremely high standards. I not only expect to get the best for my money, I can clearly see any flaw or deviation from the expected product. Normally, I don’t give out reviews unless someone provided very poor service or incredibly fantastic service. In this case, I’m pleased to report that Eric and North Trail RV has done a great job meeting and exceeding all our expectations. We ordered our coach and Eric was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive during the entire process. He answered every question promptly and if he did not know the answer (which was rare) he did not guess, he would do the research and call or text me back with the correct information right away. I’m pretty sure that he responded even during his days off from work. Before, during and after the delivery, Eric was always available to assist with any questions or issues. Like all RV’s, there were some items that needed repair or adjustment. Eric used his knowledge to skillfully resolve any issues and make sure we were completely satisfied. He worked as our advocate, and we truly felt that he had our back. He even advised us not to spend money on certain things that he knew would not meet our needs. We would not hesitate to do business with Eric and North Trail RV again and highly recommend them to anyone who is considering buying an RV.

It was exactly 1 year ago we met John Augeri and the North Trail Team at the Tampa RV Show. Our first experience and we had made a decision at this stage of our life to upgrade to a Motorhome. We looked at many over days narrowing to American Coach and Newmar. Being from Charleston, SC, working with a dealer in S. Fla at first made no sense. However, the attention to detail and craftsmanship of the Newmar, as well as their rep at this show, as well as the knowledgeable and non-pushy attitude of our salesman, John, made it a no brainer. Our buying experience for our new 2026 Newmar custom order Essex has been nothing but a great experience. I bought a Class C Jayco 30Z from North Trail RV Center on September 29, 2025. Kevin Emling was my Sales Consultant and he did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone. He was able to answer all of my questions, let me go at the speed I was comfortable with and was not pushy. I called him several times after our first meeting and he always answered or called right back. I also worked with Senior Business Manager, Justin Graham, and he made it easy going through the financial and contract part of the deal. I would suggest that anyone that is thinking about buying an RV, that they check out this location before buying somewhere else.

North Trail RV Center was a fantastic dealer to purchase our Renegade Verona LE 40LTS RV from because of their professionalism, communication all during the process, and made delivery and transfer comfortable. The staff personalized the experience which helped lessen any stress we may have been experiencing. Also, the Bermuda Lakes RV Resort they put us up in to make the transfer was close, beautiful and accommodating.
