We had a large warranty claim through Norris RV. The administration looked after everything, and Mike got us back on the road in a morning. Several items had to be custom ordered for our motorhome, which, of course took time, but as soon as the arrived, we got our rig repaired, at our campsite. Convenient, professional and very efficient. Thanks Norris RV!! Highly recommended!!
I cannot speak highly enough of this RV repair shop! My parents were traveling through the USA when they had some issues with their RV, and this shop went above and beyond to take care of them. Despite my parents speaking little English, they were treated with the utmost patience and respect. The team made sure they felt comfortable and understood every step of the process. What truly set them apart was their exceptional hospitality. When my parents' furnace started acting up in cold weather, they didn’t just repair the issue—they offered them a safe place to park and stay on their property to avoid the freezing temperatures. It was a gesture of kindness that went far beyond what you'd expect from any business. While I’m not sure if they are family-owned, they sure made my parents feel like part of their own. The level of care and warmth they provided was truly remarkable. Not only did they do a flawless job on the RV repair, but their prices were incredibly reasonable. I couldn't recommend them more. If you're in need of an RV repair shop that treats you like family, this is the place to go!
I have a 17 year old motorhome and although it is in great condition I had a laundry list of maintenance and repair items that I did not want to tackle myself. So I arranged to leave it with Norris RV for a couple of days for them to look after. They did an excellent job. Tim was the tech working on my rig. I met him when I dropped it off and we discussed the list of issues also gave me an opportunity to give him background info and history on each item. He called me later to discuss some additional issues he found while working on the coach, to recommend solutions and get my permission to proceed. When I he was finished he was available to discuss what was done and address any final questions I had. This is a level of service I have never experienced before. And the price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use Norris RV again and I highly recommend them to others.
We bought a used Tiffin with a door latch that was tricky to open, so we asked Norris RV to order and install a new latch. The result was that they installed a new latch that is nearly impossible to open from the outside. My husband is able to muscle it open, but I am not able to open it to all. Adding insult to injury, they charged us over $400! They didn't remedy our RV problem; they made it worse.
