Absolute trash of a company. Do not ever buy from them. Everything will break or catch on fire or need to be replaced. Then they want to act like they are clueless. pathetic. I should've filed a lawsuit. The first week alternator died. Instead of just replacing it themselves they made sure my warranty covered that. So without the warranty who knows if they would've helped. Because then a week later I had some wires literally catch on fire, it caused my back lights to go out along with my dash lights and some other things. They didn't seem to care. So cut my wires and rewired new connectors on myself. The reason for the small fire. Was that the fuse was the wrong fuse. Because of this it prompted me to inspect all fuses everywhere. There was so many fuses in the wrong places, which literally are fire hazards, didn't receive a slide lock key both of my slides stopped working within 2 months. Figured out that one of them was because the 20 year old slide awning wasnt allowing itself to unroll because it was so old and messed up. So I had to remove the awning just for my slide to work. The back slide actually stopped working. They didn't seem to care. When I took the RV back to them. They told me my warranty covers the slide. Then I go back again and they told me no it doesn't this time. Either way. It's a cable & pulley slide. So if they really wanted to help they could've just tightened or loosened certain cables as the motor still works. There was a leaked in the shower that was leaking under and out to the hallway that they didn't tell me about. Found that part of the shower had a very thin crack . All I had to do was caulk it. When I bought it they told me I had about 3-4 years on the tires. Well after 6 months my tire blew and when it did it wrapped around my brake line causing about 1500$ worth of parts and labor and they offered absolutely no help at all. Not even help with a tow even tho I was only a few miles from them so me and my kids were stuck in a parking lot for days waiting for the brake line to be fabricated. They sold me an RV with a leak in the hydraulic line for my leveling jacks also so my jacks stopped working completely and when I took the RV in they checked it out and told me they ordered the parts. Called them after a month or no word back and they told me I had to come in for them to see which parts they needed again because they never ordered it. They are basically scammers . I am now editing this review to include. That within the last month both of my air conditioners have died. I haven't even owned the RV a full year yet!!!!! They just don't care about you or your problems. Just your money. This place is pathetic. Now my exhaust fell off. After only owning a year. Just wow. And now my tire blew and I found out they are retreaded. Never buy from these scam artists!

These people are amazing! They are honest and have wonderful integrity. I showed up to get a vin verification. Which they didn’t charge me anything for it in the meantime, the trailer I was pulling was very unsafe because I had the wrong size of ball, which could’ve really gone wrong. They were so helpful in explaining that to me and getting me taken care of. You should work with them!!

My father bought an RV from these con artists 5 years ago for $17.500. Put about $10k of work into it and drove it 200 miles. Then suddenly and unexpectedly died before he could even take it on his trip across America. I have no use for it and didn’t feel like paying $1500 a year in storage. I called them to see if they’d buy it back at an obviously discounted price. They offered me $2k. I know in business you have to make money. To offer someone $2k for a RV you sold for $17,500 a few years ago is crazy and unethical. No wonder this place keeps hopping around from location to location. Maybe I’m in the wrong industry and should start a con artists RV sales. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

CAN NOT SAY enough good words about Todd and his Crew. Being from NY I know how crazy schedules can be when it’s a hundred plus outside, and I pull in to get my broken a/c evaluated. The owner; Todd, came out w/ his ladder and was up on the roof, diagnosed them problem. Back on the road within thirty minutes, refusing payment. That doesn’t happen everywhere! Many thanks, Mike B.
