Worst experience ever buying an RV from a dealer in my life and have purchased over 15 coaches. The coach is crap. Broken front spring, microwave not working, heat not working. When I text the owner about these issues there was Zero Response. I assumed as any reputable dealer would do is that they checked over the coach before putting it on the lot. Obviously, they did not! So now I will be spending several thousands of dollars to get the coach corrected, If that were not bad enough, they called and asked for a change of address for the title work. I gave them my PO Box. They sent me an email about needing a street address instead (which they should have already known) the email went into my spam so I never responded so they ended up mailing me my title and a check for the registration and told me they could not do it. I live out of town so now I had to drive EIGHT hours round trip to transfer title and get plates. So now an additional $250 in gas. A Total lack of customer service they could have waited until I responded . BUYER BEWARE! Do not do business with this little unreputable dealer. Mr Nelson is charming and says all the right things but this purchase was a huge mistake

False advertisement! Went in to look at a travel trailer. The listed price was $22,500. Talked with them and $22,500 plus fees total came to be $25,132.76. Then a guy came out and said the price was wrong took the paper and crumpled it up. If you make a mistake like that honor it.
Great inventory to choose from. I must say, the management here is excellent! James and Miguel were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable looking around at all the different RV's as they are not pushy at all. Honest people, no nonsense,and a great place to buy a used RV. Truly had a great experience!
Nelson RV was great! The office manager Dionne, and the owner were a pleasure to work with in purchasing an RV. They were transparent and trustworthy with all information. We were able to work out a good deal, and they even transported the RV here to San Diego. Even after the purchase was complete, there were a few issues that they covered the costs on promptly which was very professional. I would highly recommend purchasing your RV from Nelson RV for a great happy positive buying experience.
