Recently I purchased a 2025 NuCamp TAB400 Boondock Black Canyon. Scott was awesome working with me all summer and his support crew helped closed the deal in a fair and efficient manner (Ed & Andy). The service crew (Kim, Mike and Travis) have been great and have addressed all my questions patiently. I am taking off for a 3+ month trip soon and am confident I will be ready to go and can always call with questions. I would ethusiastically recommend Nature and Me RV!
I recently purchased a 2022 airstream flying cloud from nature and me rv. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire buying process. David and Lisa got me into my new to me airstream. A few bugs came up and Kim and Ron went out of their way to make it right. I just wish it wasn't a 2 hour drive each way. But I feel the service I've received so far as made the drive insignificant. Outstanding crew. Definitely rates 5 stars plus.
I bought a used 2018 Work and Play travel trailer from Nature and Me RV in late March. I bought the trailer sight unseen, trusting the salesman to be my eyes, since I live almost 500 miles away. All correspondence and interactions with the sale went smoothly. I bought the trailer "as is" with agreed upon changes and additions including a hitch. After getting the trailer home and throughout the summer; which included a trip to Alaska and back to Wisconsin, I discovered 3-4 prep or service items that concerned me and I thought they should not have happened with an experienced service department. I contacted and reviewed my concerns with the business manager. We agreed on a reimbursement amount for my inconvenience and time. Nature and Me RV sent me a check by UPS that I promptly received. I was assured they would use my concerns as a teaching opportunity for their staff and apologized for my inconvenience. Although I experienced some frustrations and inconvenience Nature and Me made it right.
Can’t say enough about my experience with Nature and Me RV. We were 1400 miles from home in our Airstream and had some tire issues. We pulled in to have them take a look and they went out of their way to get our tires fixed and back on the road… they literally bent over backwards for us and explained the issue so we could understand what had happened. Kaycee, Ron and Kim should all get customer service awards! Highly recommend!!
I've bought 3 RV from n& m over the years. My 1 yr old RV has a faulty a/c unit. Reported in June of 2025 here it is Aug and no one has shown up. They keep putting me off. Set up appointments and have a no show. We live in our RV all summer. Average electric bill is $39.00 monthly. Last bill was 224.00 from trying to cool this RV down. The AC has to run constantly just to keep the RV bearable.
