Meyers RV: We rented a Thor C class RV from Meyer's on June 15, 2024. It was a joy to work with these people, especially Kelsey. They were very customer oriented and aimed to give us an enjoyable RV trip. The RV was in great shape when we picked it up and we had a problem free RV trip and camping experience in the Thousand Islands. Kelsey did a great job training us and answering a couple of questions we had while camping. We had no problems getting our security deposit returned. Overall, a 5 star rental experience. We can't wait to rent again. We would recommend Meyer's to anyone looking to rent an RV. Bob and Sue T.
What a stress free experience working with the Meyers team. From start to finish we could not have been more pleased. Nick from sales and Tyler the manager took time with us answering all of our questions and concerns. Thank you to Meyers RV of Farmington and Brenna in the rental department. They are the best and this is our 3rd year of rental. Wonderful clean RVs and the customer service is awesome!!!
We had a great experience purchasing our first camper with Meyers! Our sales associate, Chaz, was super helpful. We appreciated his insight especially when it came to choosing a camper that would suit our family! He was very mindful of our budget while showing us different travel trailers. We never felt pressured by Chaz or any other staff members which was very refreshing!
Chaz Clar has been amazing and very patient with us. We have been looking for almost 2 years but have never been ready to buy. We finally found a perfect choice and showed up at the store at 4pm. Not only was Chaz happy to see us (Yes, he knew who we were), but he also stayed late to walk us through 'another' unit. All this before he knew we were ready to finalize a purchase. Going elsewhere was never an option for us after we met Chaz. We will be signing the final documents for our new purchase tomorrow.
