Then in 2015, Mark Meyer and Mark Calzone reassembled their old team and dealerships in Rochester NY and Bath NY were purchased and a new era had begun!

I have had the worst experience with Myers and have bought multiple RVs in the past. I went to the Hershey RV show, signed a deal and when I drove 3 hours to pick up the camper and trade mine in, I was accused of misrepresenting my camper and they said they would not work with me. They refunded my deposit but never canceled the bank loan. I tried working with them to continue with the deal and after a week of back and forth they changed the repair cost on my trade 3 times and said then that they wouldn’t do the trade and weren’t sure they could give me the price we originally agreed upon. I have never felt so disrespected and will not deal with this company again. They thought nothing of the fact that the loan is still listed with a payment due in 2 weeks yet I did not have the camper in my possession. We had prior issues with their Branchville store, our friends had issues with their brand new camper they bought from Myers at the Hershey RV show 2 years ago, and I should have followed my instincts not to deal with Myers. Beware in the future with ever dealing with Meyers RV especially at the Hershey show!
I would like to say, Bill, the delivery driver of Meyers Caledonia was amazing today, as he delivered our new Reflection to our seasonal site at Junius Ponds. Incredible precision getting it next to our decks safely. Spent 30 mins with us explaining the auto leveling and stair removal. Eileen for service made our experience pleasant. He was super informative, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Highly recommend coming here to find your next RV/Camper!
Brought our camper in for service and we did think it would be several weeks before it could be seen, but it was looked at much sooner. In fact we were called back just a few days later and Robyn said to come in- the mechanic wants to talk to us. Was initially worried but he took us back in the garage and showed us a switch that we were unaware of! That fixed our issue and we took it home shortly. Thanks again Jim & Robyn for such a quick turnaround!!!
