My wife and I had a pretty good vision of what we wanted in an RV, but finding the right place to purchase it can be the real challenge. Finding the best sales people, backed by the best service and support is really crucial in purchasing something that is supposed to bring you happiness, and not provide a reason on why you need to get away from it all. We have been very pleased at every step of the way with Metra RV. Each and every person that we have met or worked with at Metra has gone above and beyond for us. Nobody was trying to force us into something that we didn't want, or didn't need. There was no high pressure sales, and they would spend as much time with us as we needed - or just let us look around and push buttons. When we pulled the trigger and made the purchase, it could not have been simpler. We got exactly the camper we wanted at a VERY fair price. There just wasn't any dickering necessary. They made promises as to what they would do when we finally picked up the RV - and they delivered on each and every one of those promises. So far, we have not needed any service, but we feel that when the time comes, their shop crew will be able to keep us running. Would we purchase again from Metra RV? My wife and I say, "YES!" It was just a really good experience. No pressure, very experienced and nice folks, and the whole experience was as easy as it could be. Our salesperson, Tammy, and the sales manager, John, made sure that everything was perfect with our rig, and always followed up. We are having a blast in our Arctic Fox, and so far no tears and no problems!
Excellent, my RV purchase went trouble free! All deptments of staff were knowledgeable, very honest & helpful. Service deptment also went out out of there way to help on matters after the purchase. I personally recommend Metra RV & will continue dealing with them. Great People!

Metra RV was very professional in their interactions with us via text, email, and on the phone. Tammy answered all of our questions, took measurements for us, and showed us our unit when we finally drove to Billings. Bryan was helpful running us through Camper College. We were very impressed with this dealership, their personnel, and organization.
I have been looking for a Class B RV for a while, but hadn’t found one that was in a comfortable price range. I had been to almost every big RV retail business, but still found that everything was way overpriced. Taking a chance I pulled into MetraRV and was greeted by a friendly and knowledgable salesman just as I arrived. He immediately showed me an awesome 2021 Dodge conversion van, with extremely low mileage, solar panels, new battery. The price was well below what any of the other businesses had offered. A test drive later, I knew I had found what I was looking for. It was that salesman’s first sale. Congratulations on a job well done! MetraRV took a full day to test everything and make sure it all worked. Saturday I picked her up. Such an easy experience. The people there are so wonderful to deal with. Thank you for introducing me to my new traveling home. I look forward to spending the future miles in her.
